If your RSAs are undertrained, they are likely retreating at this stage of the sales funnel because they are fearful of the unknown and donβt want to come off as βpushyβ.
Unfortunately, for your guest, this is everything but helpful. The average consumer doesnβt know how to ask for help so when you misread this dismissal for its face value, you leave the guest to wander around confused and prejudicial about your merchandise and price points.
I challenge you to spend 7 days straight, watching your RSAs greet your guests and count how many get dropped upon first dismissal. Then, of those guests; how many walk. The number is quite alarming π¨
